We are looking for volunteers to help us with our annual events
Spring Rummage Sale
SAT. MAR 28 | 8AM – 2PM
PRE-EVENT
– Help distribute flyers
SETUP 7AM- 8AM
– setup chairs, tables, donation items, parking cones, BBQ area, canopies
EVENT 8AM – 2PM
– Help with selling donated items
CLEANUP 1:30PM – 2:30PM
– put away chairs, tables, break down canopies
Decorate for Easter
FRI. APR 3 | 1PM – 7PM
PRE-EVENT FRI APR 3 after 1PM
– Help decorate the hall for Easter
– Help package eggs for hunt
– Setup hall for event (tables, chairs, games)
Annual Egg Hunt
SAT. APR 4 | 10AM – 12PM
SETUP 9AM – 10AM
– Hide Easter egg for the hunt
– Setup refreshments
EVENT 10AM – 12PM
– Help manage individual egg hunt areas
– Escort kids to take picture with the Easter Bunny
CLEANUP 12PM – 1PM
– Put away decorations
– Put away tables, chairs
Fall Rummage Sale
SAT. OCT 17 | 8AM – 2PM

Package Turkey Meals
SAT. NOV 21 | 12PM – 2PM
– Package meals for our annual Turkey Meal Giveaway
– Put together ~10 or more meal packages
– Label each package for recipients
Decorate for Santa
SAT. NOV 21 | 12PM – 3PM
– Help decorate the hall for Santa’s Visit
– Put up Christmas tree and ornaments
– Decorate the hall with garland and ornaments
Santa Visit
SAT. DEC 12 | 10AM – 12PM
SETUP 8AM- 10AM
– Setup chairs, tables, games, crafts, food
– Setup outdoor decorations
EVENT 10AM – 12PM
– Help with taking pictures with Santa
– Distribute food / drinks
– Welcome guests, registration table
CLEANUP 12PM – 2PM
– put away chairs, tables, games, outdoor decorations
– clean up food, craft stations
